Rossano Campus Lower Elementary Room 1 (Magnolia)
Head Teacher
I was born in Okinawa, Japan, and raised in Tokyo. After completing college, I began my career working in a kindergarten, where I discovered my passion for Montessori education. I was especially drawn to Cosmic Education and Montessori as Peace Education, which continues to guide my work with children.
I completed my AMI Primary training in Japan and later moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to pursue AMI Elementary training. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching in Montessori communities in Tokyo, the San Francisco Bay Area, Irvine, California, and Bellevue, Washington.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy exploring new foods and wines with family and friends, taking long walks with my dogs, and visiting places where I can reconnect with people—including former students. I am deeply grateful to be part of the Bellevue Montessori School community and find great joy in witnessing each child’s growth, confidence, and smiles.
