Tuition and Fees

Academic Programs 2026-2027

As an American Montessori Society accredited school, Bellevue Montessori School offers an authentic Montessori experience that includes a consistent five-day-a-week schedule.  Tuition is broken into 10 equal monthly payments regardless of the days the school is open or your child attends.  After the May and June tuition deposits have been paid, the remaining 9 payments are due on the first of each month.

Activity Club

Activity Club provides enrolled students before-school and after-school childcare on all school days (7:30 am-8:30 am and 3:00 pm-5:45 pm) and full-day care on certain school closure dates. Learn more >

Academic Tuition

TODDLER PROGRAM

• Half-Day Morning Program 8:30 am-11:45 am (10 month school year): $19,350.00 
• School-Day Program 8:30 am-3:00 pm  (10 month school year): $24,780.00

PRIMARY PROGRAM

• *Half-Day Morning Program 8:45 am-11:50 am (10 month school year): $16,430.00 
• School-Day Program 8:45 am-3:00 pm (10 month school year): $22,210.00

*Kindergartners must attend the school-day program.

ELEMENTARY PROGRAM

Lower Elementary (Grades 1-3)

• School-Day program 8:30 am-3:10 pm (10 month school year):  $24,990.00

Upper Elementary (Grades 4-6)

• School-Day Program 8:30 am-3:15 pm (10 month school year): $25,500.00

Before and After School Care and Activity Club Day Fees

• Reduced After School Care 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm (10 month school year): $5,320.00*
• After School Care 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm (10 month school year): $8,120.00*

*The Activity School Care Fees include 8 days of Activity Club Care including Parent-Teacher conferences and Teacher Inservice Days. Mid-Winter and Spring Break weeks are separate fees.

• Reduced PM After School Care 7:45 am-4:30 pm $125 per day
• Full Day 7:45 am-5:30 pm $140 per day

Tuition and Activity Club Fee Schedule

Tuition and Activity Club fees are an annual charge to be paid in ten equal installments, due in full regardless of absence due to illness, vacation, or any other circumstance.

The tuition and fees payment schedule is as follows:

• The Tuiton Deposit is due with the completed enrollment form and contract within 14 days of receiving the enrollment offer and is made by credit card for no additional fee. The non-refundable deposit payment is your tuition payment for June 2027. 
• The remaining nine payments are due the first school day of each month from September through May, through FinalSite. Credit card payments made online are subject to 3.2% convenience fee on all payments.
• A Summer Program is offered and tuition is separate from the school year tuition.
  

Discount for Full-Year Tuition Payment

Families who choose to pay the full tuition before the start of the school year may reduce the annual tuition by 3%.  This reduction is applied after the contract is submitted. No combination of discounts shall exceed 6%.

Sibling Discount

When two children from the same family are enrolled for the same school year, the lower of the two tuitions will be reduced by 3%. If there is a third child in the same school year from the same family, the two lower tuitions will be reduced by 3%. These reductions are applied when the contract is submitted.  No combination of discounts shall exceed 6%.
