Montessori Guide

I am delighted to serve as the Lead Teacher in the Douglas Fir Toddler classroom at Bellevue Montessori School. I have over ten years of experience working with children of various ages in both Korea and the United States. This range of experience has given me a deep appreciation for how children grow at every stage, and it enriches my work with toddlers today.

I love seeing children grow in independence, confidence, and joy as they discover the world through their daily experiences at school. I believe that when children are respected as capable individuals, they naturally develop curiosity and compassion.

Outside the classroom, I live in Redmond with my husband and my three sons, Daniel, Nehemiah, and Isaac, who inspire me every day. I enjoy gardening with my husband and especially love growing vegetables, and I treasure spending leisure time with my family exploring the beauty of Washington, from mountain trails to beach walks.

I look forward to working together to create a nurturing and joyful school experience for your child!
