Jennifer Hamilton

Primary Assistant Program Director

I joined Bellevue Montessori in 2019 as a Lead Teacher and hold certification from the American Montessori Society for the Primary Age Group. My passion lies in following the child and cultivating an environment that nurtures independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. I believe every child carries a unique and wonderful spirit, and it is my aspiration to support their growth into independent, responsible, and compassionate innovators who can transform both themselves and the world around them.

As the Primary Program Director, I am dedicated to guiding and supporting our teachers and families in fostering the Montessori philosophy at every level.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and animal companions, as well as hiking and backpacking in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
