Associate Teacher

I was born and raised in India. My mother was also an elementary school teacher and as they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!



After completing my Masters in World History and Psychology from the University of Pune in 2001, I started my career as a Montessori school teacher and worked as lead teacher for nearly 10 yrs before moving to the USA in 2011. My journey with Bellevue Montessori began in 2017 and I became a certified Montessori teacher with the American Montessori Society in 2020. Working with younger kids is my passion and I love working with the young minds to develop them academically and socially. In addition to teaching, I love traveling, listening to Indian classical music and enjoy cooking.
